Auburn Bay RA Annual General Meeting

The AGM is being held virtually through Zoom at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 4, 2021, as per the special resolution passed at the 2019/20 Annual General Meeting. 


Residents who plan on attending the AGM must pre-register prior to 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 to obtain the meeting link. The meeting check-in will begin at 6:45pm with the meeting starting promptly at 7:00pm, any late arrivals will be unable to vote once the scrutineers report has been delivered.



Each homeowner in Auburn Bay will receive a complete AGM package in the mail or via email (if an email is on file with us) near the end of October with complete details on this year’s meeting.  If you own a home in Auburn Bay and do not receive a package by October 29, please call Auburn House at 403.537.2601 to request one.
