UPDATE:
Construction will be commencing for our new balcony which is needing to be fully replaced due to some structural issues. The new balcony will have a significant extension to the one that we currently have and will be a great place for residents to relax and enjoy our beautiful park. This project is estimated to begin in the Spring of 2023 and will take approximately 4 to 5 months to complete. Stay tuned for updates on the construction progress.
