Advance RSVP’s are required as space is limited, and this event is for Auburn Bay RESIDENTS ONLY (one Auburn Bay household only per RSVP). RSVP’s and your Family Booking Fee* must be submitted through Eventbrite with the link provided below. Membership cards are mandatory to be presented upon check-in with your Eventbrite ticket.
Bring the entire family for an afternoon of fun filled with crafts and games, an outdoor Hippity Hoppity Scavenger Hunt (click for more info!), egg decorating, and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

Food trucks will be on site for our Easter event!
Family Cookie Dough and Neon Taco will be here on April 1 from 12pm to 3pm in the parking lot. The food trucks will be available for all residents, regardless of whether you’ll be attending the Easter event.

If at any point, some or all of your registered family members are no longer able to attend, please email [email protected] to update your RSVP. Even if it is only the difference of 1 person no longer attending. Not only are accurate RSVP numbers important for planning purposes, but more importantly, these minor adjustments in numbers make a significant impact on overall attendance numbers, and being able to accommodate those waitlisted.
*Due to the large number of no-shows and last minute cancellations we encounter for our popular holiday events, thus effecting our overall allowance for guest numbers, a nominal flat rate family booking fee ($10.00 + GST & Eventbrite fee) was incorporated to help alleviate this issue. Please refer to the links below for more details on the RSVP/Booking Fee and refund policies.
Re: Eventbrite Fees: Due to increased Eventbrite processing fees for 2023, ABRA is, unfortunately, no longer able to absorb these fees into the ticket price. They will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
