Teresa’s love for yoga began in 2000. Since starting yoga, she has found it brings balance, strength and overall well-being to her life. She is a firm believer in the benefits of yoga and the positive effects it can bring to anyone that practices it, regardless of age or skill level. Teresa is grateful to assist participants in achieving their wellness goals and believes in lifelong learning, both mentally and physically. In 2010 Teresa became a certified yoga instructor. Her experience includes teaching a wide variety of yoga classes to all levels and ages of participants, including Yoga on the Beach, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow, Power Yoga and so many more. She has been fortunate enough to experience trainings from yoga masters around the world and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with participants.
