Fill out this form if you are a landlord and wish to transfer your lake privileges to your tenants.

Fill out this form if you are a tenant and would like add an email address, phone number or children to your account.
*This form does not replace the Transfer of Privileges form*
Fill out this form if you are planning on bringing more than 5 guests.
*This form needs to be filled out and submitted at least 48 hours prior to your event for approval*
Fill out this form if you want to get your child (aged 12 to 15) a membership card.
*Please note that we require a birth certificate with the parents name in order to make the card(s)
Fill out this form if you want to skip the line ups for fee payments at Auburn House! Simply fill this out and put it in the drop box next to the front desk and your fees will be processed.
Fill out this form if you are a lawyer/paralegal requiring information regarding annual fees for the purchase/sale of a home.

Fill out this form if your child is over the age of 9 and you wish to allow them to sign in and/or out for their registered program.
