Auburn Bay RA Annual General Meeting
The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Auburn Bay Residents Association will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 1st, 2026 at Auburn House. If you plan on attending the AGM please register through the link below.
Please also be advised that due to the nature of the AGM and in the best interest of time, we ask that all residents submit their inquiries when they register to attend. The ABRA Board of Directors will ensure that all questions are answered after the formal part of the AGM.
Please also find the 2025/2026 AGM Information Package, which includes important information about the Ordinary Resolution – Shoreline Remediation Project Loan, as well as information about the 2026/2027 ABRA Board nominees. We encourage all members to review the package prior to the AGM.
Residents who are unable to attend the AGM and would like to submit a proxy, can do so in one of three ways:
