Picnic Shelters
There are a total of 6 picnic shelters available in our park. They can be reserved for a small fee or used on a first come, first served basis for free, if available. If you reserve a shelter you are also given a 25 person guest list to invite friends and family to enjoy our outdoor amenities with you!

- Shelters must be reserved in person at Auburn House and proof of homeowners/tenants insurance is required to finalize your reservation.
- A damage/non-compliance deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking (either a post-dated cheque or credit card details).
- Children who are mobile (i.e., crawling) count as guests and must be recorded on your 25-person guest list.
- You’re only able to book 1 shelter per day per household.
- You must bring your own charcoal briquettes & starter fluid to use in the BBQ’s. Wood is not permitted at any time.
- Alcohol, glass bottles, and smoking/vaping is not permitted in the park.
- Latex balloons and confetti is not permitted in the park.
- We do not provide a weather guarantee therefore, in the the event of poor weather conditions we do not provide refunds.
Pricing
$25 per hour
*Please note that reservations must be at minimum 2 hours and at maximum 3 hours.
