As per the life cycle study conducted in 2022, the roof on Auburn House facilities requires replacement. This project commenced in September 2024 and is expected to take approximately 5 weeks to complete. 

While the roof is being replaced, an investigation into the leak in the gymnasium will be conducted. We are hopeful that the contractors will be able to source this leak and repair it.
