Advance RSVP’s are required as space is limited, and this event is for Auburn Bay RESIDENTS ONLY (must permanently reside in the home). RSVP’s and your Family Booking Fee* must be submitted through Eventbrite via AuburnBayRA.ca. Membership cards are mandatory to be presented upon check-in with your Eventbrite ticket.
Bring the entire family for an afternoon of fun filled with crafts and games, an outdoor Hippity Hoppity Scavenger Hunt, egg decorating, and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

*Due to the large number of no-shows and last minute cancellations we encounter for our popular holiday events, thus effecting our overall allowance for guest numbers, a nominal flat rate family booking fee ($10.00 + GST + Eventbrite fee**) has been incorporated to help alleviate this issue.

In order to have the most accurate RSVP numbers as possible for planning purposes, and to be able to accommodate those waitlisted, please email events@auburnbay.org, if you need to update your RSVP attendees, or are no longer able to attend.
If at any point, some or all of your registered family members are no longer able to attend, please update your RSVP. Even if it is only the difference of 1 person no longer attending. These minor adjustments in numbers make a significant impact on overall attendance numbers and allow those waitlisted the opportunity to attend.
**Re: Eventbrite fees: Due to the increased Eventbrite processing fees, ABRA is, unfortunately, no longer able to absorb these fees into the ticket price. They will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
