Easter Eggstravaganza

Advance RSVP’s are required as space is limited, and this event is for Auburn Bay RESIDENTS ONLY (must permanently reside in the home). RSVP’s and your Family Booking Fee* must be submitted through Eventbrite via AuburnBayRA.ca. Membership cards are mandatory to be presented upon check-in with your event ticket.
Bring the entire family for an afternoon of fun filled with crafts and face painting, roving entertainers, an outdoor Hippity Hoppity Scavenger Hunt (click for more info!), and a visit from the Easter Bunny!
RSVP booking for this event will open will open on March 7, 2025 @ 8:00am
*Due to the large number of no-shows and last minute cancellations we encounter for our popular holiday events, thus effecting our overall allowance for guest numbers, a nominal flat rate family booking fee ($10.00 + GST + processing fee**) has again been incorporated to help alleviate this issue.

If at any point, some or all of your registered family members are no longer able to attend, please email events@auburnbay.org to update your RSVP. Even if it is only the difference of 1 person no longer attending. These minor adjustments in numbers make a significant impact on overall attendance numbers and allow those waitlisted the opportunity to attend.
Re: Processing fees: Due to increased processing fees, ABRA is, unfortunately, no longer able to absorb these fees into the ticket price. They will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
