Family Valentine's Day Dance

Advance RSVP’s are required as space is limited.
This event is held in the gymnasium, so unfortunately, NO SKINNY HEELS will be permitted, as they will damage the gymnasium floor. Flats, wedges or chunky heels only.
Get ready to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a special way! Whether it’s a sweetheart parent-child date or fun with the whole family, join us for a delightful afternoon filled with music from a live DJ, dancing, games, giveaways, and a photo booth to capture all your love-filled moments. Plus, grab some tasty treats from Kona Ice, available for purchase.
Sweetheart Roses!
Say it with a rose! Single stem roses will be available for sale for $2.00 each (cash only). Gift that someone special a sweetheart rose they will cherish!
Semi-formal attire is encouraged, but not required. Children are required to be in attendance with a parent/guardian.

RSVP’s and your Family Booking Fee* must be submitted through Eventbrite via AuburnBayRA.ca.
Membership cards are mandatory to be presented upon check-in with your event ticket.
*Due to the large number of no-shows and last minute cancellations we encounter for our popular holiday events, thus effecting our overall allowance for guest numbers, a nominal flat rate family booking fee ($10.00 + GST + processing fee) has again been incorporated to help alleviate this issue.

If at any point, some or all of your registered family members are no longer able to attend, please email events@auburnbay.org to update your RSVP. Even if it is only the difference of 1 person no longer attending. These minor adjustments in numbers make a significant impact on overall attendance numbers and allow those waitlisted the opportunity to attend.
Re: Processing fees: Due to increased processing fees, ABRA is, unfortunately, no longer able to absorb these fees into the ticket price. They will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
