Please take note of the following rules & regulations that pertain to lake accessways. Remember that the accessways are ABRA property and therefore residents must adhere to all of the rules & regulations that are set out for our patrons, which you can find here.

• The Lake Access walkways are for the sole use of the homeowners of the Lake Access Lots that have gate access to these walkways.
• Boats are not permitted to be stored at the dock or on the access way for extended periods of time. No overnight storage is allowed.
• Personal items are not permitted to be stored on the access way UNLESS approved by ABRA Management. Any unapproved items left unattended will be confiscated by ABRA Staff and available for pick up at Auburn House.
• Considerations for park hours should be given on walkways.
• No pets, glass bottles, liquor, motorized vehicles or open fires are permitted on Lake Access Walkways.
